Star-Arch Branding
Star-Arch is an early branding project I made during my Graphic Design 1 class. It is a construction-theme company that helps build and renovate various structures such as buildings, roads, and bridges. The company manages projects from planning to completion.
Inspiration
The creation of Star-Arch for the project is based years ago when my house was renovated. It took about 4 four months to complete the renovation of my house and upon being finished, the house looks much nicer and fancier than it was before.
Logo Designs
During the beginning of coming up with various brands, I started to sketch some ideas of what my logo for each brand may look like. The early logo designs were based on not just construction companies, but also some from dental industries, jewelry stores, and airports. During a discussion with one of my professors, I was able to choose the construction company as my branding idea and rename it Star-Arch.
Soon I came up with the idea of having the logo be an arch with a star at the center. Each side of the arch has a different color from the other to make it better.
Pattern Designs
During the project, I created a few patterns which are hexagons with 6 triangles inside. I made them to help look more professional for Star-Arch.
