Graphic Design Illustration Arts
For my fourth project, I will be showcasing the artwork I created during my Illustration classes. Each of the artworks was made on Procreate and Illustrator. One of my arts was a diagram of a scene from a movie I watched a long time ago. I worked very hard on making these digital artworks and had fun doing it.
Illustration Artworks
These drawings were made using Procreate. The first one was an assignment about creating a Metaphorical Portrait, where I depicted a dragon in outer space. The design of the dragon is based on a character from Yu-Gi-OH! card. The other artwork illustrates a mythological creature, and I drew an image of a chimera. A few of the drawings were based on storybooks, such as The Cat in the Hat, and the others are Aesop’s fable illustrations, such as The Tortoise and the Hare. Another drawing is creating a four-panel sequence, and I draw images of a Spinosaurus fighting a Giganotosaurus. One of my assignments was redesigning the logo of The Blind Tiger Coffee, and I made a Mockup version of it.
My other artwork is a diorama of a scene I created for my Introduction to Illustration class. My project was to create a scene from a famous movie. I selected Jurassic World and bought some figures from Target. I also bought small grass, trees, and a mat from Blick. The scene shows the main character, Owen, riding on a motorcycle with his velociraptors following him. One of the velociraptors, Blue, is on this scene, but the other raptors do not match the ones from the movie. The reason for this is that I could not find the Velociraptor figures of Charlie, Echo, and Delta. I have to substitute them with other raptors I bought from the store.
